How publishers improve a score
- No public review, receipt, vote, report, or evidence submission can improve or reduce a public score during containment.
- Inspect license, provenance, scan status, and hosted-file inventory as separate metadata fields.
- Wait for canonical evaluator integration before making verification or runtime claims.
