Häufige Fragen
Do I need an account?
No. The desktop app can download and chat without signing in to Hugging Bay.
What does Fits my computer mean?
The app compares the on-disk file size with total memory on this computer. A file fits when it is no more than 60% of that memory.
Does checked mean the model is safe?
No. Checked means the downloaded bytes match the SHA-256 fingerprint Hugging Bay published for that file.
Is Orchestrator always available?
No. Some builds omit it. Labs starts off every time you open the app.
Is Telegram control live for everyone?
No. It ships only in builds that enable it and when this site turns on the help steps.
Does this sync my chats?
No. It does not sync your library or chats. It only pairs machines you trust on the same network for some split-model setups.
A download is stuck. What first?
Open Downloads, read the status row, and use Check what's wrong when offered.
